Sébastien holds a degree from ESLSCA Paris and a Master’s Degree in Financial Engineering (Lyon Business School). He started his career as a financial analyst in mergers and acquisitions at Apax Partners (industry sector).
Two years later in 2001, he joined the corporate finance team of Dôme Close Brothers investment bank, where he represented clients in several major transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and raising capital in the industry, automotive and service sectors.
He joined APM in early 2005, where he provides consulting services and participates in the firm’s development, especially thanks to his expertise in financial assessment and capital structuring (LBO/OBO).
