Timothy graduated from ESC Compiègne Business School in 1996. He started out as Partner-owner of BnV Consultants, Belgian IT services company focus on ERP integration (PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Siebel and Oracle BI) in Belgium, NL and UK sold to Business & Decision.
He then joined Business & Décision, French IT Services group, as CFO for Region (Benelux, Italy, Poland, Russia, Germany) and Life Science COO before becoming Independent Advisor for external growth at Alten, French engineering and technology consulting group. He has over 15 years’ experience in general and financial management role.
He joined APM in early 2016, bringing his know-how in M&A, in targeted acquisitions spanning primarily Benelux, Switzerland, Portugal and Austria in the Engineering & Information Technology sector
