Yiran graduated from Sciences Po Paris, holding two Master degrees in Economic Law and Finance. Yiran started her career as an M&A attorney in leading international law firms like Latham & Watkins, Gide Loyrette Nouel et Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier and gained substantial experience in complex M&A and strategic alliances.
Yiran joined APM in 2021 where she provides consulting services and brings her know-how in M&A.
